Bindu has 25+ years of consulting experience with enterprise system integration. As the content lead, he provides technical and architectural reviews and guidance. Bindu supports project teams and runs the Alfresco support practice, overseeing issues across multiple customers. Additionally, he’s active in the Alfresco community, including being a member of the Order of the Bees, where he is a contributor to support tools projects. He’s the creator of the Alfresco Yoeman generator. Bindu is a tea connoisseur, and interested in hobby robotics and automation.

Eric has 9+ years of experience in enterprise software and service sales. Eric’s attention to detail directly contributes to the success of his customers’ operational and technical transformations. He is pursuing a focus on cutting-edge document ingestion, including handwriting, and exploring the interaction with existing systems of record without the need to replace them. Outside of work, Eric enjoys sharpening his culinary skills and has cooked for charities.

Jon Solove, Principal Solutions Engineer
Jon has over a decade of software experience, with 10+ years in enterprise content management and capture. He began his life at Zia as an ECM consultant, implementing Alfresco and Ephesoft, performing assessments, and training clients to use their implemented solutions. Jon then transitioned to a solutions engineer, leveraging his implementation experience to create elegant solutions and thorough demonstrations for current and potential clients. When he’s not helping to sell ECM solutions, he enjoys playing outside in Colorado, cooking, and being a dad.

Pat Myers, EVP and Co-Founder
Pat has 20+ years of software architecture and engineering experience across many industries. He is an Enterprise Content Management and Capture expert and an authority on Robotics Process Automation. Pat’s experience ranges from application development and consulting to sales and business development. He is an author of two editions of Intelligent Document Capture with Ephesoft, and co-developed the original certification training. Over the years, he has taught Ephesoft certification courses internationally. In 2021, he was inducted into the Inc. 5000 Master’s Group. Outside of work, Pat enjoys family time, snowboarding, biking, camping, and making great memories with friends.

Kristen has 20+ years of experience in innovative engagement and development of platforms for enterprise content and data initiatives. She is an Agile / Scrum methodology expert and specializes in business process analysis, data architecture strategy, and enterprise integration. Kristen excels in team-building and executive communication, often becoming an agent of change by evangelizing future vision, mission, and goals. She enjoys glamping and paddle boarding and never passes up an opportunity to find the best tacos in town.

Vijay has 18+ years of experience with enterprise systems. As a solutions Architect he provides technical and architectural reviews and guidance. Vijay works on automated deployment solutions that help customers quickly standup their solutions using containers and other DevOp tools. He has written several technical blogs, given multiple technical talks in Alfresco Developer Conferences and contributed to open source projects. Vijay loves to travel and is an avid fan of Formula 1.

Ernie Bahr, Principal Solutions Engineer
Ernie has 27+ years enterprise content management experience. Prior to Zia, Ernie started an ECM software and consulting company and served as CTO for ten years. He counted many Global 2000 and government organizations, including the Federal Reserve Bank and the US Army, as clients, and sold the company in 2016. Now, his focus is on developing the right solutions for our customers. In his spare time, Ernie volunteers his knack for woodworking and metalsmithing to local fundraising efforts.

Chloe is a software developer specializing in frontend and backend work for web applications. She is also talented at tracking down and fixing bugs in any environment that she is given. At Zia, Chloe has mainly been working with Ephesoft and Alfresco integration and configurations. In her free time she can be found playing Rocket League, juggling, or building something.

Shelly has over 25 years of experience as a content creator, writer, editor, professor, speaker, and group facilitator. She has worked in academia, government, for-profit, independent contracting, and non-profit, including C-Level positions. As the Marketing Communications Manager for Zia Consulting, Shelly serves as the main point of contact for social media, research efforts, and all written communication. She works in conjunction with a talented team that creates and designs marketing campaigns, orchestrates the generation of blogs and white papers, and records webinars in the area of information technology services. She believes that a life well-lived involves doing what you enjoy, taking care of yourself and those you love, and constantly learning and growing. Luis Colorado, Operations Continuity Engineer
Luis has 30+ years of experience in technology, consulting, and content management. With a masters in Information Technologies, he obtained a wide variety of expertise including owning his own consulting company, teaching information systems at the university level, and developing and maintaining CASE and Java financial applications. While working for Alfresco Luis designed, implemented, and administered content management systems and obtained the Alfresco Engineer Certification as a Senior Support Engineer. He specialized in performance analysis and optimization. Now at Zia Luis provides support to Alfresco and Ephesoft customers with his unique skill set. Some of his notable achievements at Zia include presenting the “Performance Tools of the Trade Conference” at the 2019 Alfresco DevCon, and writing 14 blog articles and counting. He enjoys helping customers solve their problems and presenting interesting solutions to his colleagues. When not working, he enjoys reading literature, science, and economy, and helping his daughter with homework and technology projects.

Piergiorgio Lucidi, Solutions Architect
Piergiorgio has more than 18 years of experience in the enterprise content management area with a particular focus on Open Source technologies. Heis a contributor in several Open Source communities such as JBoss, Alfresco, CrafterCMS, InnerSource Commons and this attitude also led him to become a proud Member of the Apache Software Foundation where he continues to collaborate in the ManifoldCF and DevCom projects. Piergiorgio is an Alfresco Certified Instructor, is one of the moderators of the Alfresco Hub and the creator of the Alfresco Process Services SDK. He also wrote two technical books: GateIn Cookbook and Alfresco 3 Web Services both published by Packt Publishing. As a second job Piergiorgio is a session guitarist collaborating with international independent artists arranging and recording Jazz/Blues songs.
