Three Levels of Initial Consulting Engagements:
Departmental
Utilize one product in the Zia solution suite and are generally in one location with minimal customization and external integrations.
Corporate
Generally require additional architectural components, more than two integrations, multiple geographic locations, and significant custom workflow development.
Enterprise
Neither departmental or corporate in size, therefore requiring a custom quote.

Discovery Process and Assessment
Review high-level goals, determine business requirements, and review application requirements and IT architecture. Discovery projects are typically completed in two weeks for departmental and three weeks for corporate level.
Deliverable:
Documented findings on the fit of the product and how it will address the business requirements.

Technical Assessment
Technical review of your requirements by a Zia business analyst and ECM architect, covering deployment architecture, systems integrations, disaster recovery, high availability, and other technical requirements. Technical assessment projects are typically completed in two weeks for departmental and three weeks for corporate level.

Cost:

Roadmap and Project Management Plan
Finalization of your business and technical assessments leads to the building of your project roadmap. This includes a project management and implementation plan, success criteria, solution adoption matrix, and even preparation of RFI or other document if required. Typically this is completed in one week.

Starting at $8,000 for both departmental- and corporate-level projects
