While ZIA has had great success as a business—ZIA is aiming to once again double in size over the next 12 months—“business” is not the only focus of the company. ZIA has committed itself to not only being an industry leader, but also a leader in philanthropy. ZIA has been a frequent contributor to Boulder County AIDS Project and a non-profit called RAMP: no limits – an organization dedicated to making the possibility of independence a reality for those with disabilities as well as contributing time to local trail maintenance. Recently, ZIA has also taken a leadership role in working to bring an i.c.stars chapter to Denver. Based in Chicago, i.c.stars, provides IT training, hands on job experience, employment resources, and leadership development to low-income young adults living within the inner city.
At Zia, the employees work for the company, but the company also works for the employees. By establishing a culture of integrity, ZIA provides a work environment where both personal and professional growth are supported. Whether it’s through flexible work schedules, having the ability to work from home, or a dedicated focus on making work FUN, Zia has created a unique environment that fosters a sense of community and camaraderie within the organization.
