Zia Consulting was excited to partner with Rocket Software to talk about the Hyperautomation Superhighway at DSF ‘22 in Chicago from April 4-6 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare. This event is the only peer-driven, peer-reviewed, and peer-produced educational event for professionals who create and manage content, communications, and strategies that support the customer experience. It was a perfect fit for us to be there and talk in greater detail about our hyperautomation platform.
Zia’s cloud-based hyperautomation platform uses a five-step process that can be applied to new or existing line-of-business applications. With our platform, customers can customize use while maintaining ownership and control of their data. This is increasingly important as the amount of data and information flowing into an organization continues to rise. The explosion of unstructured data, and the burden to protect and preserve these critical information assets, has also risen exponentially. We talked specifically about ways to help companies keep pace with the volume that a digital enterprise demands.
While we were there, we enjoyed our time connecting with people at our booth and playing our “Cars in a Jar” game for daily prizes. If you attended, you may have been fortunate enough to be one of the lucky winners! We also enjoyed hearing about the problems companies are trying to solve and sharing how our hyperautomation platform could help them handle growing amounts of content with fewer people. Of course, increased productivity and profit savings are also important benefits. Why waste valuable time and money on tasks that can be done more effectively with efficient processes. We shared how our hyperautomation platform relieves talented staff from spending time doing menial tasks so they can focus on bringing innovation and profit to their organization.
During the conference, Zia’s own Eric Howes participated in an expert panel, “How to Automate Information Governance with Saas Content Services Platforms.” The panel explored how organizations could apply automation approaches and technologies to keep their information governance programs best-in-class. They also addressed how to evaluate the storage costs associated with moving to the cloud so that companies could make informed decisions. Finally, they talked about best practices for migrating to these platforms.
Keeping pace with the volume of content that a digital enterprise demands is always a challenge. That is why the panel also talked about the importance of implementing a solid information governance program to manage risk. The bottom line is that companies that produce a lot of data have to have a plan to manage that data. Utilizing a content services platform that automates the processing, classification, and compliance of information is an important step in the process.
We know that these are complex and personal to every company, and we enjoyed discussing potential strategies and solutions at DSF ‘22 in Chicago. We also know that it is way more fun to drive a BMW or Mercedes turbo sedan than a Prius down the Hyperautomation Superhighway. If you are ready to go down the Hyperautomation Superhighway with Zia Consulting, we are here to help you do it with style.
