Fresh Docs
The BETA release of “Fresh Docs” for Alfresco has been submitted to the App Store. It is currently under review. We have been both pleased and amazed at how detailed Apple is concerning their user interface standards. Fresh Docs was submitted a little over a week ago to the Store. We had to change one of the actions of the buttons because it did not comply with the User Interface Spec. The issue was small, the “Email Document” icon on the app was supposed to pop up a small action window that allows you to pick what to do with the document. We were not doing that, we were bringing up the Mail app and attaching the document. After this small fix, we resubmitted the App it is under review again. We are hoping to get the App approved by Christmas.
Fresh Docs is configured to point to our Alfresco 3.2 Community instance, feel free to download and share any of our shamelessly placed marketing material.
